?? **++Your Role:++**

As a **Senior DevOps Engineer**, you will play a critical role in building, scaling, and maintaining a modern cloud-native infrastructure. You'll work closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance across a multi-region environment.

This role requires strong ownership, problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, production-critical environment. You will:

* Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), ensuring scalability and maintainability.
* Manage and scale Kubernetes (EKS) clusters for high availability and fault tolerance.
* Provision, maintain, and upgrade AWS services including RDS, networking, compute, and storage components.
* Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability.
* Oversee and maintain GitLab infrastructure and engineering workflows.
* Collaborate with security and legal teams to support compliance initiatives (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
* Monitor infrastructure performance using tools like Grafana, CloudWatch, and other observability platforms.
* Implement strong alerting, monitoring, and incident response processes.
* Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis, ensuring long-term fixes are implemented.
* Participate in architecture design, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.
* Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure standards.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing DevOps culture.

* 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
* Strong experience with AWS, especially in multi-region environments.
* Hands-on expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
* Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration.
* Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability systems.
* Experience with GitLab or similar DevOps platforms.
* Knowledge of IAM, VPC design, networking, and cloud security best practices.
* Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
* Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle production incidents.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto environments
* Familiarity with cost optimization (FinOps)
* Understanding of blockchain or digital assets
