Job Details

What You’ll Do
Design and develop civil site plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts
Prepare construction documents, reports, and specifications
Perform stormwater management and drainage analysis
Collaborate with internal teams (architecture, MEP, etc.) and external stakeholders
Support permitting and regulatory approval processes
Conduct occasional site visits and coordinate with field teams
Assist with project management tasks including scheduling and client communication
What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
3–8+ years of experience in civil/site design or land development
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience with grading, drainage, and utility design
Familiarity with local Texas regulations and permitting is a plus
EIT required; PE preferred (or on track)
Strong communication and organizational skills
