Senior IT Analyst – Digital Engineering & PLM

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior IT Analyst to join a global technology and engineering organisation undergoing significant digital transformation across its engineering and project delivery functions.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work directly with engineering, manufacturing, project management, and technology teams to improve how products, systems, and project deliverables are designed, managed, and delivered throughout their lifecycle.

The role:
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive the implementation and optimisation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) solutions
• Analyse business processes and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
• Support engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery teams through technology transformation initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve workflow management, data governance, and lifecycle processes
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements
• Support change management and user adoption activities across the organisation
• Act as a trusted advisor between business and technical teams

About you:
• Previous experience as an IT Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, PLM Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar
• Experience working within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments
• Strong understanding of PLM systems, engineering systems, or product lifecycle processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
• Experience delivering technology-led business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
Experience with Teamcenter, Siemens Rulestream, digital engineering platforms, or manufacturing technology environments would be highly advantageous.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Hybrid Working: During the first 90 days, successful candidates should expect to work full-time on-site before transitioning to the hybrid working model.
