### Must have:

### - We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. - We require proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. - We require strong writing ability and excellent grammar. - We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. - We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. - We require candidates to be based in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

- We design and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems. - We write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations. - We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. - We deliver feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models. - We work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving complex problems, and analyzing data.
