### Must have:
### - We require a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and at least 2 years of relevant prior experience. - We require experience in systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems testing. - We require U.S. citizenship, as the role requires eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance. - We require the ability to obtain an interim U.S. government-issued security clearance before the start date. - We require an active and transferable U.S. government security clearance prior to the start date. - We require candidates to be able to work onsite. - We require the ability to travel up to 10% as needed. - We prefer experience creating technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports. - We prefer experience in an integration lab, test facility, or field setting supporting requirements development, integration, and/or verification. - We prefer familiarity with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or similar digital engineering tools. - We prefer experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or other programming languages.
Responsibilities:

- We develop and execute test plans, procedures, and integration and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments. - We troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed debugging and data analysis. - We partner across functions to improve performance and address system issues. - We use modeling and simulation tools to predict system behavior and support verification and validation. - We integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and assess their functionality and impact. - We work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth integration and reliable system performance. - We prepare integration documentation, carry out plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders. - We perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to confirm system effectiveness and requirements compliance. - We decompose and track specifications across complex system architectures. - We travel as needed, up to 10%, to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor locations, and customer sites.
