### Must have:

### - We require a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. - We require hands-on experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems testing. - We require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active, transferable U.S. government security clearance before the start date. - We require eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain an interim government clearance prior to onboarding. - We prefer experience producing technical materials such as test plans, procedures, or formal reports. - We prefer experience in an integration lab, test environment, or field setting supporting requirements development, integration, and/or verification. - We prefer familiarity with digital engineering tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, or Cameo. - We prefer programming experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or similar languages.

Responsibilities:

- We develop and execute test plans, procedures, integration steps, and verification documents in both simulated and live environments. - We troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues through detailed analysis and debugging. - We work across functions to improve performance and address system deficiencies. - We use modeling and simulation tools to predict system behavior and support verification and validation activities. - We integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and assess their performance and operational impact. - We partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth integration and end-to-end system functionality. - We prepare integration documentation, carry out plans, analyze results, verify requirements, and communicate outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. - We perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to confirm system performance and requirement compliance. - We decompose, define, and track requirements across complex system architectures. - We travel as needed, up to 10%, to support mission activities at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor locations, and customer sites.

This is a full-time onsite Senior Systems Engineer role based in Tewksbury, MA or Andover, MA, supporting Air Defense programs with a collaborative systems engineering and test team.
