What you'll be doing
- -------------------

* Owning large projects from 0 to 1: building core infrastructure and integrations with EHR systems, HR platforms, and communications tools
* Building agentic AI workflows for real-time nurse coordination, including memory-based scheduling, geographic matching, and compliance verification
* Developing AI voice infrastructure and telephony systems, moving critical functions in-house for scalability
* Working directly with the CEO and interim CTO to shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up

**Chaser Agent** --- proactively manages nurse scheduling, handles callouts, tracks clock-ins, and ensures the right caregiver arrives at the right patient's home at the right time.

**Memory \& Context** --- remembers nurse availability, credentials, geographic proximity, and personal constraints, automatically factoring them into scheduling decisions.

**Verification \& Compliance** --- provides check-in confirmation, care quality grading, and a system of record that follows caregivers throughout their careers.
