The Role
A technical, hands-on role where you will:
Design and build intuitive C2 interfaces for autonomous hardware.
Own the full front-end lifecycle from UX concepts to deployment.
Utilize React and Redux to manage complex operational workflows.
Integrate high-frequency data streams using WebSockets.
Collaborate with Go backend engineers on API architecture.
Drive UI quality and visual polish for mission-critical dashboards.

The Essential Requirements
3+ years of professional React application development.
Strong technical proficiency with Redux or similar state management.
Experience integrating APIs with Go-based backend systems.
Proven ability to own UI design and implementation.
Experience with real-time or data-intensive web interfaces.

What Will Make You Stand Out
Background in Command & Control (C2) or operational dashboard design.
Experience with distributed systems or cloud-based architectures.
Proven success in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
