### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors or masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline. - We are looking for 7 years of experience in power management, memory system design, or a related area, with 3 years focused on DDR5 or comparable high-speed memory technologies preferred. - We expect hands-on bench validation experience with analog, digital, and power-management devices such as PMICs, SPD hubs, I3C switches, and temperature sensors. - We value a strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuits, including amplifiers, temperature sensors, ADCs, DACs, voltage regulators, and related power components. - We need automation experience using LabVIEW, Python, or similar programming languages. - We are seeking experience providing technical customer support and resolving application-level design issues. - We expect experience creating customer reports, application notes, datasheets, and other technical collateral. - We require excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and customers. - A masters degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. - Familiarity with DDR5 JEDEC standards and protocols is a plus. - Experience with power modeling and simulation tools is a plus. - Experience with hardware design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- We validate new DDR5 power-module products and memory-controller solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. - We perform extensive bench measurements to gather data and confirm full product functionality. - We analyze DDR5 modules at the system level to identify performance characteristics and improve power efficiency without sacrificing performance. - We develop and maintain bench automation software for data collection, along with simulation models and tools to assess DDR5 power consumption across chip, board, and system levels. - We provide technical support for DDR5 power-related issues during development and integration, working directly with customers to resolve complex challenges. - We collaborate closely with design, product, test, packaging, and other cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet performance and specification targets. - We prepare technical documentation such as specifications, datasheets, power-analysis reports, validation reports, and test plans for internal and external stakeholders.
