### - We require U.S. citizenship because of the sensitivity of our customer requirements. - We require a bachelors degree in engineering. - We need the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. - We are looking for strong technical communication skills and the ability to work effectively with systems and software development engineers. - We value experience developing software under a capability maturity model process. - We require hands-on experience with programming languages such as C++, C#, C, or similar languages. - We need someone who can troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities:

- We develop software in accordance with our organizations standard processes. - We collaborate with our customer to define software requirements. - We design software based on established architectural guidelines. - We integrate and test software to support program delivery. - We provide technical engineering support across software requirements, architecture, design, coding, and testing for the MRAP Program. - We work closely with the U.S. Army Software Engineering Center customer and related engineering teams.

We are offering an opportunity to join a fast-moving program supporting the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command -- Ground Vehicle Systems Center engineering group in Sterling Heights, Michigan. As part of our team, you will work alongside our U.S. Army Software Engineering Center customer on the MRAP Program, contributing to software engineering efforts from requirements through test. This role is suited for an experienced Software Engineer who wants to apply technical expertise in a collaborative, defense-focused environment.
