### Must have:

### - We require 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree in a related discipline, or 0 years of experience with a masters degree in a related field, or a high school diploma or equivalent plus 6 years of applicable experience. - We require an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph at the time of application. - We are looking for candidates with a strong background in software engineering and secure system development. - Experience supporting or working with the Intelligence Community is preferred. - We value adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity to perform the duties of the Software Engineer role.

Responsibilities:

- We design, develop, document, test, and debug applications software and systems that use logical and mathematical solutions. - We conduct multidisciplinary research and partner with hardware engineers and equipment designers to plan, build, and apply electronic data processing systems. - We assess user needs, evaluate system capabilities, and resolve issues related to program intent, output requirements, data input, programming methods, and controls. - We prepare operating instructions and support the creation of compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. - We ensure our software standards are consistently met throughout the development lifecycle. - We contribute across the full software development process, from requirements analysis and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment.
