### Must have:

### - We need a bachelors degree in a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience. - We require an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI access. - We are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated and comfortable working with limited oversight. - We need strong written and verbal communication skills. - We require proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. - We need the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - We value candidates who can manage multiple projects, adapt to schedule changes, and meet short-deadline tasks. - We are seeking experience in RF, cellular, cyber, and networking technologies, along with an interest in learning emerging technologies. - Preferred candidates may bring special operations exposure, combat evaluation experience, electrical engineering knowledge, AI, CUAS, or UAV experience, as well as EOD or CBRN background. - Preferred candidates may also have experience working with multi-level classified information systems in secure office environments. - The role requires the ability to work in office, industrial, shipboard, and field settings. - We need the physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, tolerate extreme temperature changes, hike on varied terrain, and carry up to 25 lbs. of specialized equipment.

Responsibilities:

- We develop and lead the preparation and execution of detailed test plans, procedures, and schedules for systems testing. - We evaluate test outcomes against specifications, requirements, and operational needs while accounting for technical, schedule, and cost limits. - We analyze, interpret, and document test data and findings. - We assess COTS and GOTS equipment specifications for suitability in operational environments. - We present results and briefings to senior leaders to support mission-critical decisions. - We attend meetings and conduct interviews to support studies and final reporting. - We create test methodologies, scenarios, and data collection plans to ensure test adequacy. - We assist with test event execution and data gathering. - We prepare test reports in line with organizational standards. - We perform technical analysis of complete systems and produce comprehensive system-level evaluations. - We prepare recommendations and contribute to discussions on design adequacy. - We help produce and brief study results. - We work independently and as part of a team to support mission objectives. - We assist other analysts by consolidating test findings into complete and polished reports. - We may lead a team or serve as a data collector for another group when needed.
