### Must have:

### - We require 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree in a related discipline, 3 years of relevant experience with a masters degree in a related discipline, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience. - We are looking for a candidate with a background in electronic maintenance, information systems, or telecommunications. - We need experience managing electronic equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance, configuration, and calibration. - We require demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures when working with electronic equipment. - We need the ability to identify and resolve emerging issues involving technical and/or facility-related equipment, systems, and components. - We require experience following quality assurance checks and procedures. - An active TS/SCI clearance is required. - The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain base access credentials. - The candidate must be a U.S. citizen. - Preferred qualifications include a strong background in communications, fiber optics, electrical/electronic components, generators, and AC/DC and high/low voltage theory and application. - Preferred qualifications also include working knowledge of Key Management Infrastructure, test equipment, policy development, SOP implementation, lifecycle management, information systems, network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and program analysis.

Responsibilities:

- We perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness reviews for total systems. - We apply systems analysis across the full lifecycle, including concept, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. - We translate customer and product requirements into complete systems solutions while balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints. - We carry out functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to convert customer needs into hardware and software specifications. - We provide technical support for the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of installed systems. - We serve as Power Control Station/Power Safety Officer and oversee routine and preventive maintenance activities. - We notify the chain of command of significant changes to routine system configuration or capability. - We prepare daily, weekly, and monthly watch bills in support of operational requirements. - We manage day-to-day operations and maintain the technical readiness of program and facility equipment. - We support 24/7/365 watch-standing duties and coordinate with external agencies to improve circuit readiness and reduce downtime. - We troubleshoot system outages, report anomalies, and keep senior leaders informed as issues arise. - We qualify on applicable equipment, maintain program space habitability, and update standard operating procedures as needed. - We provide Critical Information Requirements to the chain of command.
