Responsibilities:

- We help candidates bridge the gap between academic learning and employer expectations. - We prepare candidates for technical interviews, including data structures, problem solving, system design, and project walkthroughs. - We guide candidates in demonstrating end-to-end thinking, such as API design, backend architecture, database choices, cloud deployment, and CI/CD. - We support candidates in strengthening real-project narratives and communication of technical tradeoffs. - We assist with STEM extension support and provide process guidance for H-1B or green card filing through employment partners. - We share candidate resumes with clients and our JOPP team database, and interested clients may contact qualified candidates directly.
