### Must have:

### - We require at least 5 years of experience in enterprise IT, with strong depth in Microsoft technologies. - We need hands-on expertise administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, and on-premises Active Directory. - We are looking for experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). - We require knowledge of Teams Direct Routing and Session Border Controllers (SBCs). - We need strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities. - We value familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. - We require experience using ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform. - We are looking for excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

- We will have you implement, support, and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform. - We will have you manage Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory environments. - We will have you support Teams Calling infrastructure, including Direct Routing and Session Border Controllers. - We will have you resolve escalated incidents and service requests through ServiceNow. - We will have you monitor platform health and take proactive action before issues affect users. - We will have you ensure our identity and collaboration systems meet security and compliance expectations. - We will have you work with security teams to deploy MFA, conditional access, and identity protection controls. - We will have you collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support innovation through technology.

We are hiring an experienced Microsoft 365 \& Identity Engineer to join our IT team in our Boston office, where this role is onsite. As our go-to specialist for Microsoft collaboration and identity platforms, we focus on keeping our systems secure, reliable, and aligned with business priorities. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, and business partners to support modern workplace technology. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45.00 to $55.00 depending on experience, along with health and medical benefits, a 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, and sick time as applicable by state.
