### Must have:

### - We need 2-5 years of experience working with teams building and deploying applications on microservice-oriented architectures, containerization, infrastructure as code, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS cloud platforms. - We need 2-5 years of experience with CI/CD technologies such as Ansible, Azure DevOps, Tekton, ArgoCD, GitHub Enterprise, and Terraform. - We need 2 years of experience with security scanning tools and practices, including SCA, SAST, SBOM, and DAST. - We need 2 years of experience with test automation tools. - We need 2 years of experience with package managers such as Helm. - We need 2 years of experience using Confluence, JIRA, and Outlook. - We need 2 years of experience with Java, Python, SQL, Node, .Net, Angular, React, and Agile delivery. - We need 1 year of experience with Vault solutions such as HashiCorp Vault or Conjur and their integration with CI/CD pipelines and K8s/OCP. - We need 1 year of experience with K8s/OCP/AWS CLI. - We need strong experience with Linux and Windows environments. - We value familiarity with financial services and banking regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. - We expect familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Banking or financial services experience is preferred. - You must be available for monthly night rotation shifts to support 24-hour operations. - We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities:

- We build end-to-end DevSecOps platform capabilities for our banking lines of business. - We collaborate with senior technical colleagues and developers to design and deliver innovative technology solutions. - We work with technology, product, and business teams across MUFG to support onboarding and ongoing use of the DevSecOps environment. - We oversee projects that follow continuous delivery practices with automated unit, integration, and performance testing pipelines. - We perform complex application design and development using modern technologies such as Java, .Net, Node, REST, microservices, AWS/cloud infrastructure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Enterprise. - We provide technical leadership by architecting applications, mentoring developers, making sound technology decisions, and supporting production deployments. - We develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code to enable consistent and repeatable environment provisioning. - We support agile development teams by building and maintaining tools, pipelines, scripts, and environments. - We research new methods and technologies and share our findings with the team. - We present information to a broad range of audiences, including senior management.
