### Must have:

### - We are looking for a bachelors degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a closely related discipline. - We require 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data platform roles supporting business users. - We need strong SQL expertise for transformation and analysis, along with hands-on experience using Python and/or ETL tools for automation and processing. - We seek a solid understanding of CRM systems, cloud-based data architectures, and API-driven integrations. - We prefer experience handling regulated or sensitive information, including customer- or patient-level data. - We value familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM ecosystems. - We expect the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. - We need proven skill in independently diagnosing and resolving complex data integration and data quality issues. - We look for strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. - We require at least 2 years of experience working with a customer data platform (CDP) or similar technology. - A masters degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- We ingest, integrate, and manage customer, stakeholder, and related datasets from internal and external sources within our cloud-based data platform. - We design and support scalable data models that enable segmentation, analytics, and activation needs. - We analyze complex datasets to surface insights that shape marketing strategy, campaign delivery, and performance reporting. - We translate business and marketing requirements into data attributes, metrics, and models that support personalized engagement. - We enable data activation and integrations across CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other enterprise applications. - We optimize ingestion, transformation, and refresh workflows to strengthen data quality, reliability, and timeliness. - We support advanced analytics and AI-driven use cases where appropriate. - We partner with marketing, analytics, IT, compliance, and external vendors to deliver aligned data solutions. - We communicate data concepts, limitations, and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - We proactively identify issues in data quality, integration, and modeling, then drive them through resolution. - We recommend and implement practical, scalable approaches to complex data challenges. - We contribute to data standards, documentation, and best practices. - We complete additional duties as needed.
