### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or at least 5 years of successful test engineering experience. - We need hands-on experience with flying probe or in-circuit test development. - We require experience developing test software. - We look for strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving ability for electrical circuits and manufacturing issues. - We expect knowledge of engineering and design principles as applied to manufacturing processes. - We need familiarity with production, quality control, and efficiency improvement methods. - We require competence with Microsoft Office, MRP/ERP systems, AutoCAD LT, and other applicable test programming tools. - We expect the ability to maintain training and follow assigned work instructions. - We value the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 30 lbs. - We require strong communication and collaboration skills to work with customer engineers, technicians, and cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities:

- We create and implement test procedures, programs, and fixtures that verify products perform as intended. - We define, refine, and maintain testing processes, methods, and plans. - We troubleshoot and debug electrical circuits to identify the root cause of test station and product issues. - We conduct product testing with technician support, document results and defects, and drive issues to resolution with the design team. - We ensure test plans are easy to develop, update, and maintain. - We maintain accurate documentation for test plans, specifications, and diagrams. - We verify that all products requiring testing meet established quality and functional standards. - We evaluate components used in testing and recommend the best options based on company objectives. - We collaborate with customer engineers on design and functional test matters. - We partner with test technicians to foster a positive, proactive environment focused on improving test acceptance and throughput. - We serve as a test development resource on project teams. - We complete any additional duties assigned by our supervisor.
