### - We require U.S. citizenship due to customer sensitivity requirements. - We require a bachelors degree in engineering. - We require at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. - We require an active Secret security clearance. - We require hands-on experience with electronic warfare systems. - We require experience producing or modifying electronic warfare mission data software. - We require knowledge of the operational use of electronic warfare systems. - We require strong written and verbal communication skills. - We strongly prefer experience in airborne electronic combat and electronic intelligence. - We strongly prefer experience developing operationally suitable mission data for electronic combat systems. - We strongly prefer prior support for HARM, ALIC mission data files, and pilot employment handbooks.

Responsibilities:

- We apply analytical methods to solve complex engineering problems and support planning for emerging technologies. - We conduct research and development and help define requirements for systems and mission data. - We support improvements and follow-on upgrades to aircraft countermeasures components and defensive electronic warfare capabilities. - We develop mission data for combat air forces aircraft EW systems, including radar warning receivers, ECM jammers, and dispenser systems. - We prepare final reports, end-of-test briefings, and technical status updates. - We present findings to review boards, higher headquarters, and other stakeholders. - We participate in working groups, technical reviews, and program events such as TPWGs, PMRs, PDRs, and CDRs. - We attend program meetings and provide recommendations on technical and functional process issues. - We develop concept-of-issue items, program objectives, proposed designs, methods, scenarios, modeling and simulation requirements, and schedules. - We create project management directives, operational requirement documents, and related program documentation. - We build and maintain threat databases using EWIR tools. - We plan, execute, and document performance characterization assessments. - We design computer-based tools to identify and extract threat system parameters for analysis. - We generate optimized electronic warfare mission data software files. - We use software simulations and EW laboratory facilities to verify and validate mission data before fielding. - We perform rapid reprogramming of deployed mission data in response to changing adversary threats. - We develop critical operational issues, measures of effectiveness, measures of performance, and mission scenarios. - We create mission data, instrumentation, and data management and analysis plans. - We coordinate resources and activities with higher headquarters and partner organizations. - We conduct briefings and debriefings and design mission data operations configurations.

We are DCS Corporation, and we are seeking a talented Electronic Warfare Mission Data Engineer to support critical mission data development and electronic warfare capability advancement for combat air forces aircraft. In this role, you will contribute to aircraft countermeasure improvements, mission data production, validation, and rapid reprogramming in support of evolving threat environments.
