### - We are looking for a Senior Desktop Support Specialist with 2--4 years of broad IT support experience and a strong customer-facing background. - We prefer candidates with direct trading desk support experience. - We require hands-on experience with incident management and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow. - We need strong knowledge of current operating systems, standards, and protocols, including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft/Office 365. - We require experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and/or Endpoint Manager. - We expect a solid background in patch management and application deployment. - We need proven ability to troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, applications, hard phones, and Wi-Fi devices. - We prefer candidates who have supported C-suite executives on an ongoing basis. - We value experience in brokerage, private equity, hedge fund, asset management, or investment banking environments. - We need someone who can perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting. - We require a basic understanding of Active Directory at the organizational unit level. - We expect familiarity with market data systems and financial technology tools.
Responsibilities:

- We serve as the first point of contact for employees needing technical help. - We manage support requests through our ticketing system, phone, remote access, and desk-side visits to resolve issues quickly and professionally. - We troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system problems across Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. - We install, upgrade, and configure software, hardware, and business applications, including Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Zoom, softphones, printers, scanners, biometric devices, data encryption tools, VPN/Wi-Fi settings, and desk equipment firmware. - We install and maintain spyware and malware protection tools. - We support market data feeds and financial platforms such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, ICE, Fidessa, Redi+, and Global Relay. - We provide first-line network support for wired and wireless connectivity issues. - We troubleshoot Cisco phone systems and video conferencing equipment. - We assist with Active Directory tasks at the organizational unit level. - We deliver responsive support to end users, including senior executives and trading teams. - We work East Coast market hours and provide on-site support five days a week in our New York City office.
