### - We look for 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, AV engineering, digital signage, or a related discipline. - We value strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - We require familiarity with networking fundamentals. - We need experience supporting hardware devices in enterprise settings. - We expect the ability to work independently. - We strongly prefer direct BrightSign experience. - We prefer prior Crestron experience. - We prefer experience in the digital signage industry. - We prefer AV systems experience. - We value a basic understanding of REST APIs and enterprise integrations. - We require 5 years of experience as a Digital Signage Platform Engineer. - We require local availability for our Peachtree Corners, GA in-person location.

Responsibilities:

- We serve as the internal subject matter expert for BrightSign platforms. - We troubleshoot complex BrightSign player issues. - We validate firmware compatibility across supported player models. - We support customer deployments and escalated technical problems. - We maintain hardware compatibility documentation. - We support Crestron, Windows, Android, and related deployment platforms. - We manage internal hardware testing and validation workflows. - We partner with development teams to reproduce and analyze platform-specific issues. - We join customer technical discussions when hardware expertise is needed. - We help create technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge base content.

We are hiring a Senior Digital Signage Systems Engineer to join our growing team in Peachtree Corners, GA, where this is a local, in-person role. This position gives you the chance to become a key technical resource in a fast-growing software company, working closely with customers and internal teams on challenging hardware, firmware, networking, and deployment issues. We offer a full-time role with a salary range of $90,000 to $130,000, along with benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental, flexible spending account, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
