### Must have:

### - We want someone with 3+ years of experience building integrations, automations, or business systems. - We need a strong grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and data movement between systems. - Experience with OAuth, token-based authentication, API keys, and similar technologies is required. - We value familiarity with AI tools, LLM platforms, agent frameworks, or automation technologies. - You should bring strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. - We need someone who can work independently in a fast-moving environment. - Excellent written documentation and communication skills are important. - You should have a systems-thinking mindset and understand how tools and workflows connect. - Preferred experience includes Shopify APIs, Admin API, metafields, or ecommerce architecture. - Preferred experience includes integrating ERP systems such as NetSuite. - Familiarity with Klaviyo, Recharge, Gorgias, or similar ecommerce platforms is a plus. - Experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or Workato is preferred. - Experience with AI orchestration platforms or agent-based systems is beneficial. - Exposure to ecommerce, merchandising, customer experience, or marketing operations workflows is preferred. - Basic scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- We own the implementation and ongoing development of On Belay as our central AI operations platform. - We design and maintain the architecture connecting AI agents, business systems, and operational workflows. - We establish governance, permissions, security standards, and operational best practices. - We continuously improve platform performance, reliability, and adoption. - We build and maintain API integrations across core business systems, including Shopify, NetSuite ERP, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Recharge, Google Workspace, and other SaaS tools as needed. - We design automation workflows that remove repetitive work and improve efficiency. - We create synchronization processes that keep data accurate across systems. - We build event-driven workflows for product onboarding, catalog management, reporting, fulfillment, and customer operations. - We configure and deploy AI agents that can perform approved business actions across integrated systems. - We establish permission frameworks and safeguards for agent operations. - We develop workflows that combine human oversight with automated execution. - We continuously identify new use cases for AI-assisted operations. - We monitor system health and troubleshoot integration issues. - We maintain documentation for workflows, credentials, permissions, and architecture. - We manage API credentials, authentication methods, and security configurations. - We ensure platform uptime and operational continuity. - We support ongoing optimization efforts across departments. - We translate business objectives into scalable technical workflows. - We partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives and operational improvements. - We serve as the internal subject matter expert on AI operations, automation, and systems integration. - We identify opportunities to increase organizational leverage through technology.
