### Must have:

### - We require 5 to 9 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree in a related field, 3 to 7 years with a masters degree, 0 to 4 years with a PhD or Juris Doctor in a related field, or a high school diploma or equivalent plus 9 years of related experience. - We require an active TS/SCI clearance. - We need strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside senior government leaders, military stakeholders, and varied technical teams. - We look for demonstrated success in complex, high-pressure environments where timely execution matters. - We require familiarity with simulation protocols such as DIS and/or HLA. - We expect a working understanding of Cross Domain Solutions or multi-level security environments. - We require knowledge of networking fundamentals, data structures, and systems integration. - We need experience supporting secure or classified environments. - We value understanding of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - We require experience with Linux and/or Windows server environments. - Preferred: experience in Joint Live Virtual Constructive environments. - Preferred: familiarity with CDS tools such as Radiant Mercury or similar technologies. - Preferred: experience working with DIS and HLA FOM in simulation systems. - Preferred: knowledge of DoD cybersecurity and RMF accreditation processes. - Preferred: experience with data transformation, filtering, or sanitization across classification boundaries.

Responsibilities:

- We implement Cross Domain Solution rulesets to control information movement between security domains through allow, deny, and sanitize actions. - We analyze DIS protocol data structures to identify objects and interactions suitable for CDS transfer. - We support the integration of JLVC HLA FOM data into CDS-compliant formats. - We engineer data transformation approaches that enable higher-classification information to be released into lower-classification outputs. - We maintain traceability of simulation effects and trainee actions across classification boundaries. - We partner with accreditation teams to support CDS certification and compliance efforts. - We assess and resolve limitations of fixed-format CDS data packets in modern network environments. - We contribute to system integration, testing, and validation of CDS capabilities within simulation architectures. - We maintain technical records, including interface specifications and data-handling guidance. - We provide end-to-end systems engineering support across requirements analysis, design, implementation, and verification.
