### - We require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance. - We need a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - We require 7+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience. - We need 3+ years of experience working in GCC High environments with compliance-centered responsibilities. - We value broad expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and M365 Copilot. - We expect hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including data classification, data loss prevention, eDiscovery, and compliance policy administration. - We require strong knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse. - We value proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and compliance automation. - We expect solid troubleshooting ability with Office apps such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - We prefer familiarity with GCC High-specific security and compliance requirements. - We value experience integrating hybrid environments and on-premises or cloud-based systems. - We prefer experience in highly regulated industries or government settings. - We consider knowledge of Entra cloud workloads, Okta, and Zscaler integration a plus.

Responsibilities:

- We architect and deliver modern M365 cloud solutions by translating requirements and replacing legacy on-premises Microsoft systems in GCC High. - We educate users across our divisions on integrated collaboration tools in Copilot, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive within a GCC High environment. - We design, implement, and refine end-to-end business process solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. - We integrate and manage data across Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and other backend systems while building secure, scalable data models. - We ensure our solutions align with federal security and compliance requirements, including FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, and DISA STIG. - We develop and maintain governance frameworks in Microsoft Purview to support regulatory and internal policy compliance. - We implement retention, classification, eDiscovery, and data loss prevention controls in Microsoft Purview. - We establish standards and coach divisional developers and citizen developers on Copilot and Power Platform best practices. - We improve collaboration capabilities across M365 while maintaining strong governance and security. - We manage migrations to GCC High and oversee M365 service upgrades with a focus on integrity and compliance. - We contribute to enterprise collaboration strategy and help mentor junior engineers. - We conduct training sessions and workshops on Power Platform, Dataverse, and AI-driven automation. - We support GCC High tenant business-to-business cross-cloud connectivity efforts. - We partner with compliance leaders, IT leadership, and government stakeholders to align technical solutions with business and regulatory goals. - We stabilize and support newly adopted cloud solutions for teams transitioning from legacy and prior cloud environments. - We provide Tier 3 support for advanced M365 and Microsoft Purview issues and resolve escalated incidents. - We maintain detailed documentation for configurations, compliance frameworks, and standard operating procedures.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt mid-level role with 0-10% travel, an anticipated salary range of $100,172 to $143,000, and a requirement to work in secure GCC High environments.
