### Must have:

### - We require 8+ years of overall IT experience. - We require at least 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience. - We seek proven success leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. - We need strong expertise in service management, business workflows, and enterprise systems. - We value advanced ServiceNow scripting skills, including JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts. - We expect experience with Flow Designer and sophisticated workflow orchestration. - We require knowledge of platform security and enterprise-grade access controls. - We look for specialized experience with Now Assist, ITSM, and HRSD. - We value familiarity with Next Experience, AI Agent Studio, and AI Control Tower. - We expect experience with Process Automation Designer and Integration Hub. - We require strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. - We prefer candidates who can work in a primarily sedentary office setting and perform routine physical activities such as operating equipment, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs. - We require the ability to think critically and systemically when addressing complex issues.

Responsibilities:

- We lead the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for Now Assist capabilities across Platform, ITSM, and HRSD. - We design scalable, upgrade-safe solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards. - We guide technical design reviews and uphold architecture governance. - We integrate ServiceNow with large language models and third-party AI services. - We define and manage AI skill configurations and virtual agent flows. - We safeguard data security, role-based access, and compliance requirements. - We monitor AI feature performance, refine agentic workflows, and improve adoption across business units. - We architect Agentic AI workflows that enable autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution. - We identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual work and improve service delivery. - We act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects. - We influence roadmap planning, platform strategy, and prioritization decisions. - We collaborate closely with product management to deliver strong user experiences. - We foster a supportive, collaborative environment across diverse teams. - We evaluate interdependencies and apply systemic thinking to solve complex problems.
