### Must have:

### - We require 4+ years of experience in test engineering, ideally with complex PCB assemblies, system-level boards, or high-density designs. - We need hands-on expertise in RF measurements, signal integrity, and both electrical and digital circuit behavior. - We expect proven capability to troubleshoot issues spanning hardware, fixtures, and test software. - We value direct experience with manufacturing test fixtures and automated test environments. - We require the ability to review logs and scripts in Python or comparable scripting languages. - We look for familiarity with test data evaluation, yield tracking, and identifying failure trends. - We need experience performing initial troubleshooting and basic failure analysis on test-related issues. - We expect strong judgment in separating test, fixture, software, and product problems before escalation. - We require a background in enforcing test procedures, policy compliance, and release standards in a manufacturing setting. - We prefer candidates with experience collaborating with contract manufacturers and cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

- We own the end-to-end manufacturing test program for complex PCB assemblies. - We serve as the primary point of accountability for test execution, program stability, and overall test performance. - We troubleshoot failures across hardware, fixture, software, RF, electrical, and functional domains. - We analyze test logs and output data to determine root causes of electrical, RF, or functional defects. - We perform initial triage and basic failure analysis before escalating issues as needed. - We enforce test policies, procedures, and release criteria across manufacturing partners. - We monitor yield, retest rates, and failure patterns to detect emerging risks. - We lead deeper investigations when retest rates increase or abnormal trends appear. - We collaborate with Apple engineering teams to align on expectations, failure analysis, and corrective actions. - We interface with contract manufacturers whose operators run the tests while we remain responsible for triage, analysis, and compliance. - We work closely with hardware design, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to support production readiness and test integrity.
