### Must have:

### - We require strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple sites and program teams. - We require familiarity with AS9100 quality standards or comparable aerospace quality systems. - We require comfort with hardware engineering requirements, system integration, and test execution processes. - We require a solid understanding of manufacturing requirements and quality engineering practices. - We require U.S. citizenship. - We require a high school diploma or GED. - We prefer experience using Tableau or similar data visualization tools for quality reporting. - We prefer Lean Six Sigma certification or another structured problem-solving methodology. - We prefer experience with CCAs, cable assemblies, and box-level components. - We prefer familiarity with IPC and J-STD standards for component and system-level analysis.

Responsibilities:

- We apply quality principles to production control, design reviews, and engineering workflows to ensure specifications and product requirements are consistently achieved. - We partner with Quality Program Managers, production teams, and other stakeholders to strengthen quality processes at our Oldsmar site and partner locations. - We lead root-cause analyses for product issues, evaluate defect patterns, and implement corrective and preventive actions that drive lasting improvements. - We develop and enhance inspection methods and help build advanced test systems to improve quality execution. - We support quality oversight for commodities such as CCAs, cables, and box assemblies produced at our Oldsmar location for internal customers across other sites. - We help align processes across partner programs and hardware teams in nearby locations. - We use Tableau dashboards and predictive analytics to track production performance and uncover trends for next-step actions. - We pursue automation and AI-based solutions to reduce defects, improve inspection efficiency, and enable predictive quality outcomes.
