### Must have:

### - We require 3-4 years of experience in electrical lab bench testing, with SSD or similar hardware experience preferred. - We need strong proficiency with Linux command-line tools. - We expect Python programming experience. - We require the ability to interpret schematics and determine suitable test configurations. - We look for knowledge of switching regulators, LDOs, and power system fundamentals. - We need clear, concise, and effective technical communication skills. - We require a bachelors degree plus 3-4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree. - We seek someone who can work independently with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. - We require comfort with hands-on, on-site lab characterization work. - We prefer technical depth comparable to that of a highly skilled hardware technician.

Responsibilities:

- We perform design and development engineering work related to hardware products and systems. - We support the creation of new products and enhancements to existing hardware platforms. - We research, assess, and apply new processes and methods to improve products. - We build and run hardware testing procedures and characterization plans. - We set up lab test systems and define test configurations based on schematics. - We document procedures, test outcomes, and troubleshooting efforts. - We independently diagnose and resolve hardware issues in a laboratory setting. - We contribute to project plans, timelines, and technical documentation. - We collaborate with engineering teams and communicate findings clearly.
