### Must have:

### - We require U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance at the time of start. - We require current DoD 8750 certification at IAT Level II, such as Security+ CE or an equivalent credential. - We require experience with one or more Cisco, Avaya, or Oracle voice platforms, including CUCM, Cisco Unity, CUBE, Oracle SBC, or Avaya Aura Application Server. - We require strong expertise in SIP signaling, interoperability, and call flow analysis. - We require proven experience performing advanced fault isolation and diagnosis across routing, switching, security, and large-scale voice deployments. - We require a bachelors degree with 2--4 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities:

- We perform engineering work to sustain a large, complex, highly resilient IP voice and video communications environment. - We manage, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain services across voice, video, and data networks. - We carry out system maintenance, capacity planning support, and configuration change activities with thorough documentation. - We configure calling search spaces, route plans, route partitions, route lists, and device profiles. - We administer Cisco or Juniper routing and switching equipment. - We support distributed firewall infrastructure. - We contribute to technical policy, work instructions, and reporting for an enterprise IP telephony network. - We analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to SIP signaling, call flows, remote site registration, media, and signaling. - We validate change requests for accuracy and completeness. - We perform fault analysis and configuration for voice subscribers, call handlers, call routing rules, and routing/switching settings.
