### - We require a STEM bachelors degree. - We require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. - We require hands-on experience with electrical test instruments and equipment. - We require working knowledge of power, RF, digital logic, and analog circuitry. - We require experience developing automated test software. - We prefer experience with project leadership, budget and schedule oversight, including EVMS and MS Project. - We prefer familiarity with Department of Defense project development lifecycle processes. - We value strong collaboration and communication skills in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

- We design, integrate, and deploy test equipment and test solutions. - We create test stations and fixtures, including electrical schematic capture and PCB layout. - We develop automated test software to support project objectives. - We work as part of a collaborative engineering team on assigned technical tasks. - We participate in scheduled project meetings and coordinate with project leads. - We provide regular progress updates as required. - We contribute to hardware and software development across a range of engineering disciplines.

We are a Sensor Test Solutions team within a larger aerospace and defense environment, supporting the design, integration, and deployment of test equipment for our factory in Andover, MA, as well as depot locations in the U.S. and internationally. Our projects are highly collaborative, typically involving teams of 5 to 10 engineers with expertise in RF, power, digital, and analog engineering. This is a 12-month contract role based in Tewksbury, MA, with a competitive pay range of $55 to $64 per hour and clearance required. We also offer benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and sick time as applicable by state law.
