### Must have:

### - We are seeking at least 5 years of cybersecurity experience, with a strong emphasis on cyber hygiene, vulnerability management, and configuration management. - We require deep familiarity with network security, system security, and vulnerability management frameworks. - We look for practical expertise with patch management, vulnerability scanning, and remediation tools and platforms such as Tanium, Tenable, and Prisma. - We value hands-on experience securing cloud environments, including Azure and GCP, as well as managing on-premises security controls. - We need strong capability in system hardening, secure configuration practices, and automation. - We are looking for exceptional attention to detail and the ability to uncover subtle security weaknesses. - We want strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across developers, IT, and security specialists. - We prefer a proactive mindset that anticipates issues and supports preventive security measures. - We need someone who can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment and embrace new tools, technologies, and approaches.

Responsibilities:

- We will have you lead the creation and execution of cyber hygiene processes, policies, and procedures across the organization. - We will rely on you to manage secure configuration, patching, vulnerability handling, and end-to-end risk reduction efforts. - We will expect you to collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement secure infrastructure aligned with cybersecurity best practices. - We will ask you to oversee the full vulnerability management lifecycle, from discovery and remediation through reporting. - We will have you ensure timely patching of critical vulnerabilities across systems and platforms. - We will need you to support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal cybersecurity hygiene policies. - We will count on you to perform regular audits, identify control gaps, and recommend improvements. - We will have you educate teams across the bank on cyber hygiene best practices and help build a stronger security culture. - We will expect you to lead training sessions and provide practical resources that help teams maintain secure systems. - We will rely on you to continually assess and strengthen our cyber hygiene posture in response to emerging threats and lessons learned. - We will have you prepare and present detailed reports on cyber hygiene status, risk exposure, and policy adherence to support management decisions.
