### Must have:

### - Were looking for 3+ years of hands-on networking experience, ideally in an MSP or multi-client setting. - We need strong troubleshooting ability across routing, switching, and firewall technologies. - Experience with at least one of these platforms is preferred: Fortinet, Aruba, Meraki, SonicWall, or WatchGuard. - You should have a solid grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, and core network security concepts. - The role requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. - MSP or IT services background is preferred. - Certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Aruba ACSA/ACSP, or Cisco CCNA/CCNP are a plus. - Experience with network monitoring and documentation tools is preferred. - Strong customer-facing communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills are important. - You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

- We serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for network-related service desk tickets. - We diagnose and resolve complex networking issues across multiple client environments. - We conduct root cause analysis and document fixes for recurring problems. - We partner with service desk and engineering teams to resolve incidents efficiently. - We design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure solutions for client projects. - We lead or support network upgrades, migrations, and new installations. - We apply best practices for performance, redundancy, and security. - We provide technical input during project planning and implementation. - We configure and manage firewalls, switches, and wireless networks. - We perform firmware upgrades, patching, and proactive monitoring. - We maintain documentation for network diagrams, configurations, and procedures. - We ensure client networks meet service-level and security requirements.
