### - We require a bachelors degree in information technology or a closely related field. - We need at least 8 years of IT experience, ideally in a senior network engineering capacity. - We strongly prefer professional certifications such as CCNP, Arista ACE L5, or an equivalent credential. - We view Arista certifications and MIST-related qualifications as a major advantage. - We expect fluent English communication with strong verbal and written skills. - We are looking for excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across teams. - We need proven experience leading and contributing to cross-functional efforts in fast-moving global environments. - We value the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage competing demands in a dynamic setting. - We require deep knowledge of enterprise networking, including LAN and SD-WAN. - We need advanced expertise in routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, along with switching technologies. - We expect extensive hands-on experience with Cisco and Arista platforms, including configuration and optimization. - We need strong capability in designing and managing wireless networks. - We require advanced network automation skills using Ansible, Python, and RESTful APIs. - We want familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools that support operational excellence. - We prefer experience with MIST wireless solutions, including design, deployment, and performance tuning. - We value cloud networking knowledge across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. - We appreciate proficiency with Arista in data center and campus network settings. - We consider financial awareness for budgeting, cost analysis, and vendor negotiations to be an asset. - Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- We design and deploy advanced network architectures for complex routing and switching environments using Arista, Cisco, and MIST technologies with Infrastructure as Code practices. - We configure, troubleshoot, and fine-tune enterprise routing and switching platforms to keep network performance resilient and efficient. - We architect and manage wireless infrastructure with an emphasis on MIST-based solutions to ensure high availability and strong user experience. - We build and maintain automation workflows using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and related tools, including API-driven network automation. - We collaborate with cross-functional partners to align network strategy with broader business priorities. - We create and maintain detailed documentation for network designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures. - We ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and industry standards. - We evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and vendors to improve network performance, automation, innovation, and security. - We stay current on certifications and industry trends to strengthen our technical leadership and support team development. - We participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and maintain network reliability.

We are seeking a Network Engineer Level 3 for a hybrid role, with one onsite day per week preferred for candidates near Charlotte, NC or Corning, NY. The assignment runs for 12 months with possible extension, follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and may include overtime, schedule flexibility for global collaboration, and travel of up to 30 percent, including some international travel. Our interview process typically includes two 45-minute video interviews, with a possible third round if needed.
