### - We require hands-on experience designing, building, and implementing network systems. - We need strong troubleshooting skills for network performance, hardware, and software issues. - We expect proficiency in analyzing network traffic with monitoring tools and logs, along with capacity planning recommendations. - We require experience coordinating with vendor support teams during outages or periods of reduced service. - We need familiarity with purchasing, testing, and deploying network communication systems, including LAN, MAN, and WAN environments. - We expect system-level configuration experience with Cisco routers, switches, and ASA devices. - We require the ability to define hardware, operating system, and platform specifications. - We need broad systems engineering knowledge across design, integration, implementation, security, and operational support. - We expect the ability to contribute to policy discussions on network and security standards. - We require strong collaboration skills for working with Security, Windows, UNIX, and Storage teams. - We need experience supporting Citrix ADC for web application performance, security, and resilience. - We require participation in rotational on-call support. - We prefer a bachelors degree and at least 5 years of networking experience. - We highly prefer CCNA or CCNP certification; Cisco experience is essential. - We prefer experience with routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF. - We value familiarity with Citrix Application Delivery Controller technology. - We require knowledge of computer systems and network engineering within a network environment, with CCIE certification or equivalent expertise strongly desired.

Responsibilities:

- We design, install, administer, and maintain network infrastructure. - We monitor network performance and take action to keep systems operating efficiently. - We identify, isolate, and resolve complex technical problems, then communicate findings clearly to service providers, customers, and users. - We manage and execute network changes. - We analyze traffic patterns and provide recommendations to improve capacity and sustain performance. - We respond to advanced hardware and software incidents. - We coordinate escalation with vendor support groups during outages and degraded service events. - We support the acquisition, evaluation, testing, and deployment of network communications systems. - We configure Cisco networking equipment and related infrastructure components. - We determine technical specifications for hardware, operating systems, and platform requirements. - We contribute to large-scale systems engineering efforts, including integration and implementation activities. - We support information systems operations across telecommunications, data handling, LAN/MAN/WAN administration, security procedures, and web operations. - We provide input on network and security policy decisions. - We help deliver web applications through Citrix ADC to enhance performance, protection, and reliability. - We collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to install and troubleshoot system components. - We participate in scheduled on-call rotations and deliver timely support to clients and users.
