### Must have:

### - We require 7+ years of enterprise network administration experience in multi-site environments. - We require at least 4+ years of senior-level network engineering experience. - We require prior leadership experience in a technical network setting. - We require strong hands-on expertise with firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Fortinet, or similar platforms. - We require deep knowledge of Cisco enterprise technologies, including Nexus, UCS, and NX-OS. - We require advanced proficiency with routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and HSRP. - We require solid understanding of network security controls, including ACLs, VPNs, IPsec, and port security. - We require experience with VMware, storage networking, and multipathing concepts. - We require familiarity with network monitoring and performance management tools. - We prefer candidates who are strong troubleshooters with excellent fault isolation skills. - We prefer professionals who communicate clearly and collaborate well across teams. - We prefer a documentation-driven, process-oriented approach. - We require the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. - A bachelors degree or equivalent technical background is preferred, along with relevant hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

- We own the full lifecycle of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations. - We design, implement, optimize, secure, and support complex LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center networks. - We manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related security technologies. - We lead network architecture planning, including IP strategy, QoS, routing, and capacity planning. - We oversee monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds or comparable tools. - We proactively troubleshoot issues and analyze performance to reduce downtime. - We coordinate with vendors and support cost analysis and budgeting efforts. - We maintain technical documentation, standards, and SLA reporting. - We participate in an on-call rotation to support critical network operations. - We partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and secure network services.
