### - We require a degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Information Technology or a closely related discipline. - We are looking for strong hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and end-user support. - We require experience with Microsoft O365 and enterprise platforms such as ERP, PLM, and R\&D systems. - We expect solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and data privacy requirements. - We value strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities. - We need familiarity with managing backup and recovery processes, as well as supporting system rollouts and migrations. - We prefer candidates who can work effectively in a confidentiality-sensitive environment, including TISAX level 2 handling.

Responsibilities:

- We provide first-line technical support to end users and ensure smooth day-to-day IT service delivery. - We install, configure, maintain, and improve office IT infrastructure, including PCs, mobile devices, servers, networks, cabling, and applications. - We support system upgrades, migrations, and the rollout of business applications such as O365, ERP, PLM, and R\&D solutions. - We diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents quickly to reduce downtime and operational impact. - We manage the local LAN and act as first-level support for WAN issues, including ISP ticket follow-up and escalation when needed. - We prepare and configure switches and firewalls for transfer to Global IT teams and help optimize network performance. - We implement security controls, carry out audits and vulnerability checks, and ensure alignment with Group IT and cybersecurity standards. - We manage backup and recovery activities for office and R\&D data, while supporting retention and data privacy compliance. - We take part in IT projects focused on modernization, efficiency, testing, and local deployment of global initiatives. - We serve as the main site contact for IT operations, coordinating with global, regional, and group stakeholders. - We create process documentation, user guides, training materials, and contingency plans. - We collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve local technical issues and support service continuity. - We identify risks, propose mitigation actions, and keep the Country/Cluster IT Manager and relevant stakeholders informed.
