### - We require 15+ years of overall experience delivering successful configurations, configuration management, software development, fielding, deployment, operations support, and sustainment in a military system environment. - We require 12+ years of experience in enterprise solutions engineering, technical architecture, analysis, and compliance with regulations and policies. - We require hands-on experience with Oracle-based technology stacks, including Oracle Database, Oracle ERP/E-Business Suite, and Oracle middleware. - We require infrastructure architecture expertise to improve the scale and capability of Oracle E-Business Suite applications and support business operations. - We require 10+ years of DevSecOps architecture experience focused on CI/CD solutions and platform automation. - We require 10+ years of experience leading software delivery in Agile and DevSecOps environments. - We require 10+ years of experience managing DevSecOps teams. - We require 8+ years of experience supporting 24x7 production operations in a highly available environment, preferably with a SaaS provider or cloud service organization. - We require 5+ years of experience supporting government deliverables. - We require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance. - We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. - We value experience with on-premises and cloud infrastructure provisioning, automation, and operational support. - We value familiarity with core workflow processes, team responsibilities, and multi-environment operations. - We value experience with FlexDeploy, JIRA, open-source tools, release automation platforms such as Jenkins, system administration, configuration management, and troubleshooting. - We value experience with logging and monitoring solutions. - We value scripting skills in Python, Ruby, JSON, Go, or Bash. - We value experience with large-scale distributed COTS solutions running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - We prefer candidates with a Federal government SECRET clearance. - We prefer prior military service and experience working with the federal government.

Responsibilities:

- We will rely on you to serve as a technical contributor within a team providing subject matter expertise in Oracle EBS architecture, Oracle Database, RAC, GRC, Oracle middleware, single sign-on, access management, ADF, ODI, OEM, Fusion Middleware, OBIEE, FlexDeploy, and Groovy in a cloud setting. - We will expect you to assess current and emerging enterprise architecture releases, confirm compliance, document findings, and identify gaps. - We will have you align system requirements with business processes in advanced supply chain planning, maintenance, repair and overhaul, and financial management. - We will expect you to expand and refine the technical architecture to support functional capability, performance, scalability, and cybersecurity needs. - We will have you validate the end-to-end solution view across software, hardware, integrations, compatibility, and mission alignment. - We will rely on you to monitor the effects of software, hardware, network, and cybersecurity changes on middleware configuration, redundancy, performance, and scalability. - We will ask you to produce physical and logical architecture documentation to support compliance requirements. - We will expect you to help plan migrations to new hardware, new platforms, or cloud environments. - We will have you support system design implementation across software, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity domains. - We will rely on you to configure and manage virtualized environments, SAN and NAS storage, and networking components. - We will have you perform software installs, patching, configuration, and product integration activities. - We will ask you to help develop policies, workflows, DevSecOps processes, and automation, including CI/CD pipeline design and ongoing deployment operations. - We will expect you to review documentation, installation guidance, design materials, and technical release notes. - We will have you use Agile tools to reduce documentation burden and improve program visibility. - We will expect you to streamline documentation requirements and delivery methods with stakeholders where practical. - We will rely on you to provide technical leadership for systems engineering processes, design reviews, and test support. - We will have you oversee custom solution work, including review of functional and technical designs and SI-developed custom code. - We will ask you to validate RICE designs against Oracle guidance and architectural standards to preserve COTS upgradability. - We will expect you to recommend ways to maximize COTS functionality and reduce unnecessary custom RICE development. - We will have you improve data integration architecture, technical architecture, and systems engineering practices for dependable interface design. - We will rely on you to facilitate interface discussions with trading partners and system implementers to establish agreements and implementation approaches. - We will ask you to assess enterprise systems and processes for compliance with financial laws, regulations, and policies. - We will have you develop and support compliance assessment strategies to identify control gaps and impacts on financial reporting. - We will ask you to update checklists, instructions, and templates as enterprise database systems change. - We will expect you to investigate auditor findings and observations, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate responses. - We will have you assist with compliance documentation to support effective business controls and audit readiness.

This is a DevSecOps Engineer role based in Kettering, Ohio, with a salary range of $160,000 to $175,000. We offer a highly technical environment centered on Oracle enterprise technologies, cloud architecture, DevSecOps automation, and mission-focused systems engineering. In this role, you will lead a team of DevSecOps subject matter experts and work closely with our government lead while supporting complex enterprise and compliance-driven programs.
