### - We require U.S. citizenship because of the sensitivity of customer-related work. - We require the ability to obtain and maintain the necessary program security clearances. - We require a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a STEM-related discipline. - We require 12 years of relevant experience in a weapon systems or aircraft systems program office or program management office. - We require 5+ years of hands-on experience integrating airborne weapons systems, including systems/software engineering, test, and/or program management. - We require working knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and its application to the assigned weapon system. - We prefer demonstrated familiarity with fighter aircraft weapons, associated practices, and policy. - We require strong analytical ability to assess weapons program information, form sound judgments, and recommend integration actions. - We require the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with senior military and government leaders. - We require strong briefing, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills. - We require proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. - We require the willingness and ability to travel 1-2 times per month for 3-5 days per trip; foreign travel is unlikely but may occur.

- We plan, coordinate, and oversee F-35 aircraft and weapon integration software activities to ensure compliance with governing requirement documents and engineering best practices. - We support a team of F-35 weapon integrators by evaluating software development efforts, confirming standardized processes are followed, and helping implement weapons interoperability and capability in aircraft software. - We maintain sustainment oversight for all assigned F-35 weapons integration efforts. - We coordinate and align aircraft integration activities and roadmaps with Weapon System Program Offices, Weapon Program Management Offices, and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company. - We track weapon software updates and maintain status records using spreadsheets. - We provide testing recommendations to support certification updates tied to new aircraft and weapon software releases. - We review aircraft and weapon software documentation and deliver engineering assessments and certification recommendations. - We participate in Joint Interface Control Working Group sessions, Program Management Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, and IPT status meetings as needed. - When required, we serve as the government interface manager for assigned weapon system software integration efforts. - We review Developmental Test flight clearances and provide recommendations to the government on concurrence or non-concurrence. - We coordinate and take part in Mission Systems Integration laboratory activities, ground testing, and flight testing. - We review, comment on, and help refine test plans, test procedures, and test results. - We contribute to flight test planning and ensure inputs align with the data needs of technical experts and subject matter experts. - We prepare monthly inputs for F-35 Air Vehicle and Mission Systems leadership briefings.

We support the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter Joint Program Office as part of the Weapons Integration Product Team, providing software engineering support for the planning, coordination, evaluation, and certification of USAF, USMC, and USN weapons systems. This role is based at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida and is not eligible for telework. We work closely with military, government, and industry partners to advance weapons integration, sustainment, testing, and certification activities in a highly collaborative and mission-focused environment.
