### Must have:

### - We require 8+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience supporting large-scale, multi-site, or global environments. - We require advanced expertise in Cisco networking, including routing, switching, network design, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions. - We require practical experience administering Cisco ISE or comparable network access control platforms for authentication, authorization, policy enforcement, TACACS, and RADIUS. - We require strong experience with Fortinet firewalls and network security, including VPNs, policy control, traffic inspection, and threat mitigation. - We require experience with enterprise switching and wireless platforms such as Meraki and Arista, including Wi-Fi architecture and connectivity troubleshooting. - We require solid understanding of core networking protocols and services, including BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and SD-WAN. - We require experience with packet capture, traffic analysis, root cause investigation, and advanced network diagnostics. - We require hands-on exposure to Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity, with the ability to support multi-environment network integration. - We require a background in infrastructure operations, including documentation, change control, governance, and operational best practices. - We require proven leadership ability, including mentoring engineers, guiding distributed or offshore teams, and providing technical direction. - We require experience leading infrastructure initiatives, managing deliverables, and collaborating across teams to influence technical roadmaps. - We prefer exposure to infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Python, and Ansible. - We prefer experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and broader multi-cloud networking environments. - We prefer prior work in financial services, private equity, or other regulated enterprise settings where security, stability, and compliance are priorities.

Responsibilities:

- We lead enterprise network engineering efforts across a global LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, and security environment. - We own the design, implementation, troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing support of complex networking technologies. - We provide hands-on technical leadership while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day engineering execution. - We mentor a small offshore engineering team and help develop technical capability across the group. - We drive network modernization initiatives and help shape infrastructure strategy in partnership with leadership. - We oversee reliability, performance, and security hardening for enterprise network services. - We resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and restore connectivity and stability efficiently. - We maintain accurate technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures. - We coordinate cross-functional projects and guide enterprise infrastructure deliverables to completion. - We support cloud network expansion and hybrid connectivity across Azure and other environments. - We use packet capture and traffic analysis tools to diagnose issues and improve network performance. - We contribute to automation and standardization efforts that improve operational efficiency and consistency.

We are hiring for a highly visible Senior / Lead Network Engineer role that is fully remote and direct-hire, with compensation up to $150K based on experience.
