You will architect and deploy the next generation of AI-driven support features for a platform trusted by industry leaders like Linear and Cognition. By leveraging conversational data and real-time intelligence, you will build autonomous agents that streamline complex customer success workflows, directly impacting over 1,300 companies on the Enterprise Tech 30 list.

What You Will Do

Build and rapidly iterate on production-ready AI features and agents based on direct feedback from a sophisticated customer base.
Improve the core quality, latency, and reasoning performance of conversational AI models integrated within the post-sales ecosystem.
Own end-to-end feature development across the stack using React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS with full project management autonomy.

The ideal candidate

Strong engineering fundamentals with significant experience shipping high-quality code in Go, React, or similar modern stacks.
Proven track record of building and scaling AI/LLM-integrated applications and a deep understanding of agentic workflows.
Thrives in a high-productivity, low-meeting culture and is committed to working in-person with a team in San Francisco.
