You will join as a founding engineer to build the infrastructure that empowers therapists to run independent practices. By automating complex insurance billing, credentialing, and clinical documentation using AI, you will directly increase healthcare capacity for the 1 in 6 children needing therapy. This is a high-ownership, 0?1 role shipping production code daily.

What You Will Do

Own the full development lifecycle from initial concept to deployment, making critical product and technical decisions for the core platform.
Build and refine AI-driven workflows using TypeScript, React, and Langchain to automate insurance claims and clinical note-taking.
Interface directly with therapists to observe workflows and translate user pain points into seamless, automated software solutions.

The ideal candidate

Proven experience building and shipping complex, full-stack applications from scratch in a fast-paced startup or 0?1 environment.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with a deep interest in leveraging LLMs and AI tooling to accelerate development velocity.
High-agency mindset with a preference for shipping and iterating quickly over long-form design cycles or rigid specifications.
