What You Will Do

Architect and ship fullstack AI features that leverage LLMs to automate and augment complex clinical workflows.
Conduct constant user research with clinicians to translate real-world friction into elegant, high-performance software solutions.
Design and execute rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure all shipped features meet the highest standards of clinical accuracy.

The ideal candidate

Holds formal medical training (MD, DO, or equivalent) with hands-on clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Proven track record of shipping production-ready code, particularly with fullstack technologies and large language models.
High-agency builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and prefers shipping features over long-term speculative planning.
