Job Description

You will own the high-voltage power architecture for next-generation embedded sensors, designing systems that perform PPM-level fluid analysis. By formalizing plasma generation topologies and managing extreme EMI, you will enable predictive maintenance for critical infrastructure, transforming working prototypes into scalable, ruggedized products that detect catastrophic failures weeks before they occur.

What You Will Do

Lead the design and execution of high-voltage power systems, conducting experimental studies on plasma generation topologies for sustained emission.
Architect and test isolation mechanisms for liquid cooling loops to enable safe, repeatable high-voltage discharge in conductive fluids.
Design comprehensive EMI shielding and filtration strategies to protect sensitive optical equipment and logic boards from violent electrical noise.

The ideal candidate

Extensive experience designing high-voltage power supplies with deep knowledge of resonant and flyback topologies and dielectric breakdown physics.
Proven track record of managing ground loops and internal enclosures in extremely noisy electrical environments to maintain logic board integrity.
A first-principles thinker who thrives on rapid trade studies and building benchtop prototypes to solve fundamental electromagnetism and physical chemistry challenges.
