The Customer Service Engineer will serve as a key link between the plant and manufacturing facility, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

They will re-verify parts in the computer system, requiring proficiency in Excel, Word, and email, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include performing initial analysis of non-conformances, verifying suspect products, maintaining test equipment, and expediting non-conforming materials promptly.

The role involves inputting data into the Incident Reporting System, providing technical support, conducting containment actions, and participating in response teams.

Additional duties include monitoring customer return rates, developing customer relationships, and preparing weekly reports.

Candidates should have 6-10 years of relevant experience, a college degree in Engineering, and training in computer applications.
