**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
* 3 years of experience with front-end and user interface development.
* 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
* Experience with Google Cloud technologies (e.g., Pantheon/Angular, Kubernetes, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud ESF, etc).
* Experience with GenAI, AI Agents, or related technologies, and experience with blockchain-related technologies.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
* 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
* 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
* Experience developing accessible technologies.

**US Salary Range:** $174,000 - $253,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

**Responsibilities**

* Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
* Design and build a new, foundational security service for the Web3 ecosystem, addressing complex challenges in applied cryptography and distributed systems.
* Develop and enhance the unified developer portal, creating user experiences that integrate a wide array of Web3 products and services.
* Write reliable, efficient, and testable software, take ownership of projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
* Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
