About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvement, operational excellence, and cost reduction within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, enhance product quality, and support new product launches.

Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment.
Develop and maintain FMEA, Control Plans, work instructions, and process documentation.
Improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
Troubleshoot manufacturing, quality, capacity, and equipment reliability issues.
Support new product introduction, validation activities (PPAP), and process changes.
Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams to implement best practices.
Mentor production and engineering staff while driving a strong safety and quality culture.
Interface with customers and stakeholders to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with assembly of complex mechanical assemblies required. High level of analytical ability required, where problems are unusual and difficult.
5+ years of Lean manufacturing operational theory, principles and tools is required.
5+ years of experience prioritizing and assigning tasks, and accurately estimate the time and costs required for project completion.
Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Hands-on knowledge of mechanical assemblies, machining, tooling, hydraulics, pneumatics, and manufacturing systems.
Experience with FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949 preferred).
Ability to analyze complex manufacturing problems and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, engineering software, and CAD tools is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Assembly of complex mechanical systems.
Automotive, transmission, engine, or heavy manufacturing environments.
Experience leading engineering teams and cross-functional improvement projects.
