### Must have:

### - We require proven experience leading technical delivery for enterprise platforms and services, with hands-on engineering responsibility. - We require strong Java expertise and a track record of delivering production Spring Boot REST APIs. - We require practical experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Business Rules Engine components. - We require solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including work with MySQL and Oracle. - We require ownership of quality outcomes, including code and rule reviews, automated testing, and defect reduction. - We require experience improving operational reliability and production stability. - We require experience mentoring engineers and troubleshooting complex live environment issues. - We prefer experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing tools, and observability practices such as logging, metrics, and tracing. - We prefer experience running services on containerized or cloud platforms and supporting highly available systems. - We prefer experience establishing governance and change management processes for decisioning and rules platforms. - We require a bachelors degree.

Responsibilities:

- We lead technical delivery for enterprise applications and services while staying hands-on in development work. - We design, develop, test, and deploy Spring Boot REST APIs and related Java-based solutions. - We create, maintain, and release Business Rules Engine assets with attention to accuracy and performance. - We work with MySQL and Oracle databases and write SQL to support application functionality. - We review code and rules, strengthen automated testing, and help improve software quality. - We monitor and enhance defect trends, stability, and operational performance. - We coach and support engineers, sharing technical guidance and best practices. - We investigate and resolve complex production incidents and service issues. - We contribute to CI/CD, observability, deployment, and platform reliability practices where applicable. - We help define governance and change control for decisioning and rules-based systems.
