What You Will Do
- ---------------

* Build and ship user-facing web and mobile experiences used by patients and healthcare providers
* Develop and maintain backend services powering core product functionality
* Own product development from concept through deployment and iteration
* Partner with product, design, clinical, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features
* Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
* Design scalable systems and infrastructure supporting a growing user base
* Build and improve APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities
* Help shape technical direction, architecture, and engineering best practices

Ideal Candidate Background

* 6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
* Strong frontend expertise with React and modern web technologies
* Experience building both backend infrastructure and frontend product experiences
* Proven track record delivering products from 0?1 and scaling them successfully
* Experience working in both startup and larger-scale engineering environments
* Strong product instincts and empathy for end users
* Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous environments
* Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

* Experience with React Native and mobile application development
* Experience with Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and REST APIs
* Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Firebase, AWS, or GCP
* Experience building communication-heavy products (messaging, audio, video, collaboration tools)
* Experience in healthcare, healthtech, behavioral health, or mission-driven products
* Combination of startup and Big Tech experience
* Strong product thinking and user-centered design mindset

* Competitive base salary: $150,000 -- $235,000
