### Must have:

### - We require a high school diploma or equivalent. - We look for at least 3 years of facilities maintenance experience, or a combination of education and 5+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience. - We require a Universal HVAC Certification. - Training in Building Maintenance Technology or a related discipline is preferred. - We need working knowledge of general maintenance practices and demonstrated capability across MEP systems, including mechanical/HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. - We expect the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, is required. - Basic familiarity with internet and email systems is expected. - We value the ability to handle technically complex assignments and projects with sound judgment and initiative. - Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. - Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are important. - Strong organization, time management, and prioritization abilities are required. - We expect professionalism, tact, courtesy, and the ability to build positive working relationships with Cast Members and internal partners. - Full availability is required seven days a week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

- We diagnose, service, and repair hotel equipment such as chillers, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and fire and safety systems. - We respond to questions and issues in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to support the highest level of guest satisfaction. - We perform ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems. - We operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems and related equipment, including the Building Automation System (BAS). - We carry out general maintenance, manual repairs, and assigned service work in BOH facilities. - We maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in BOH mechanical and facility rooms. - We oversee preventive maintenance contracted services, including scheduling, monitoring, and contractor coordination. - We inspect facility rooms regularly, document conditions, and recommend corrective actions. - We maintain compliance with applicable City, County, State, Federal, and insurance codes, standards, and ordinances. - We keep accurate records for inspections, warranties, service schedules, PM equipment checks, and key asset maintenance. - We act as a primary or secondary responder for BOH facility emergencies such as fire alarms, HVAC failures, system alarms, and security concerns. - We support fire evacuation planning, disaster response planning, and emergency preparedness documentation. - We participate in and comply with required safety, medical, and regulatory programs. - We coordinate contractor schedules and assist with project-related activities as needed. - We support inventory control, purchasing, monthly reporting, and budget tracking. - We provide after-hours facility support, overtime coverage, and operational assistance as required.
