### Must have:

### - We have 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience. - We have 5+ years of experience programming in at least one software language. - We have 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling. - We have experience mentoring others, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team. - We have 5+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. - We hold a bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent field. - We have a background in advertising technology or e-commerce platforms. - We have a proven history of developing innovative AI solutions.

- We design and build highly scalable services that process millions of requests each day. - We tackle complex software problems using advanced technologies. - We convert functional needs into resilient, scalable technical solutions. - We assess and choose suitable software products and tools. - We gain exposure to search, advertising, and e-commerce platform technologies. - We partner with data scientists and product managers on machine learning experiments. - We deliver end-to-end solutions that strengthen predictive models and supporting infrastructure. - We define best practices and continuously improve design, development, and operations. - We mentor junior engineers in design, coding, troubleshooting, and operational excellence. - We take part in our software development community through MeetUps, hackathons, and conferences.
